Data controller
Champagne Boulonnais Jean Paul (SARL), 14 rue de l’Abbaye, 51130 Blancs-Coteaux, France. Email: jean-paul.boulonnais@wanadoo.fr.
Data collected
The website only collects personal data when you use the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject of your request and your message and, if you provide them, your phone number, your company, the preferred date and number of people for a visit, and the wines and quantities for an order.
This data is used only to answer your request (visit, order, trade enquiry) and to confirm by email that it has been received. It is never sold, passed on or used for advertising. It is processed on the basis of your request and of the house’s interest in answering it.
Retention period
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Recipients
Your messages are read by the house. They pass through the website’s host (Vercel) and through the email service used to deliver them, both acting as processors.
The email service is Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States (resend.com). Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to the house’s contact address. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Audience measurement
The website measures its traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, its host’s tool. This measurement sets no cookie and reads nothing from your browser: it only produces aggregated, anonymous statistics (pages viewed, referring site, type of device and browser, country), with no individual profile and no tracking from one site to another.
As it is strictly limited to measuring the website’s audience, it does not require your consent and therefore needs no banner.
